1. Agreement
These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you and Prestige Renovations NSW Pty Ltd (ABN 90 680 694 286), trading as Prestige Bathroom Renovations, regarding your use of our bathroom renovation services and website.
2. Services
We provide bathroom and kitchen renovation services throughout Sydney, including design consultation, project management, and complete renovations. All services are subject to availability and a signed contract.
3. Quotes and Payment
All quotes are:
- Valid for 30 days from the date of issue
- Subject to on-site inspection
- Inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated
- Subject to change if the scope of work changes
Payment terms are outlined in your individual contract. A deposit is required before work commences, with the balance due upon completion.
4. Warranty
All workmanship is covered by a 7-year warranty. This warranty does not cover:
- Pre-existing conditions or defects
- Client-supplied materials or fixtures
- Damage caused by misuse or lack of maintenance
- Normal wear and tear
Product warranties are as per the manufacturer's terms.
5. Limitations of Liability
While we take every precaution, we cannot be held liable for:
- Pre-existing property damage or hidden defects
- Concealed plumbing, electrical, or structural issues
- Delays caused by factors beyond our control
- Changes to property conditions after our assessment
6. Work Health and Safety
We comply with all Work Health and Safety regulations. Our team may cease work if unsafe conditions arise and will require clear access to work areas at all times.
7. Changes and Cancellations
Any changes to the agreed scope of work must be in writing and may affect the project timeline and cost. Cancellation terms are outlined in your individual contract.
