Terms & Conditions

We provide bathroom and kitchen renovation services throughout Sydney, including design consultation, project management, and complete renovations. All services are subject to availability and a signed contract.

All quotes are:

• Valid for 30 days from the date of issue
• Subject to on-site inspection
• Inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated
• Subject to change if the scope of work changes

Payment terms are outlined in your individual contract. A deposit is required before work commences, with the balance due upon completion.

Qualifying workmanship carried out by Prestige Bathroom Renovations is covered by a seven-year warranty. Your project agreement confirms the work covered and any project-specific terms. General exclusions include:

• Pre-existing conditions or defects
• Client-supplied materials or fixtures
• Damage caused by misuse or lack of maintenance
• Normal wear and tear

Product warranties are as per the manufacturer's terms.

While we take every precaution, we cannot be held liable for:

• Pre-existing property damage or hidden defects
• Concealed plumbing, electrical, or structural issues
• Delays caused by factors beyond our control
• Changes to property conditions after our assessment
